BUYERS ON FIRE

Our experience shows that when a natural disaster occurs (cyclones, floods, heat waves etc), buyer activity slows whilst our community rebuilds and recovers. Understandable, buying a home is not a priority or is put on the back burner until conditions improve.

While Yeppoon has been experiencing devastating bushfires never seen before, the @ Real Estate Sales Team have been surprised that buyer activity has continued to grow during this time. Natalie, Jodi and Emma have done 3 contracts this week and are negotiating more, all while Yeppoon is covered in a cloud of smoke.
